Service Description
Are you going in circles with the same computer issues? Let us partner with you to solve your computer problems. Book a help desk session with us for a small fee. We will diagnose your issue & offer a solution to get you back on track. MBS offers technical support for your everyday computer or mobile phone-related questions or issues. Our goal is to resolve your issue or answer any questions during our session. If for any reason additional research/testing time is needed you will receive your response within 24 hours. The first 15 minutes are included in the booking fee. Additional troubleshooting time will be calculated in 15-minute increments. If your session lasts longer, than 15 minutes, you will be charged at the rate of $15/15-minute interval (without proration). If the problem is determined to be "unsolvable", you only owe the initial booking fee.
